Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees, blouses, kurtas, or dress materials bought during sale or discount
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or stitched products
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong size, color, or design chosen)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days
- Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Mayurav only in case of damaged or wrong products
- For all other cases, return shipping must be borne by the customer
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

- Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings
- Handcrafted and woven fabrics may have minor irregularities, which are part of the product’s natural charm and not considered defects
